Attempting to tackle the "supply and demand" aspect of prostitution.  Superintendent Peter Nicholson's statement re: new powers that will be used in the future against kerb crawlers is explained in press release.

Article provides examples of rights violations suffered by sex workers. The declaration was created and endorsed by a group of some 200 sex workers from 30 countries gathered in Brussels on October 16 and 17 for the European Conference on Sex Work, Human Rights, Labor and Migration.
