Bouncer is guilty of lap-dance club assault
According to this article:
A jury at Cork Circuit Criminal Court found Neville Barry, a bouncer at Lapello's club in Cork guilty of assaulting American Glen Kovak, who had his leg broken in two places on Aug. 11, 2001.  Barry is to be sentenced on May 22.

Kovak allegedly saw a friend being manhandled by one of the bouncers and attempted to peacefully intervene.  He was struck in the eye by Neville Barry who then stamped on his left leg, breaking it in two places.
