Despite my best efforts, you may encounter broken hyperlinks to original news articles or reports. They are often available online during the period they are considered to be of "current" interest; the cycle they remain at the same URL varies from one source to another.  Sometimes they are moved into archives, sometimes they are later available only through subscription databases (i.e. Proquest or Lexis-Nexis.) I maintain a private "text archive" for that reason. 

In order to comply with copyright laws I cannot republish the articles, however I do have the full text of every article listed on this website.  Please contact me if you have difficulty retrieving the originals: query@withreference2.org.

Also, please bear in mind that this is a one person effort and for that reason the articles and abstracts are not always updated as regularly as would be ideal.  If you would like to help in my effort, please also contact me.
